About the property
Our Idyllwild property is nestled on the top of the mountain and surrounded on all sides by stunning pine trees. Just ten minutes from eclectic downtown Idyllwild and yet incredibly remote, the cabin provides a warmth and artistic flair with all it’s handmade details.
Artisan stained glass and mounted woodwork line the walls. The natural light available throughout the cabin creates the perfect atmosphere for your wedding images to glow in the mountain light. There is an outdoor AND and indoor projector screen, full in home audio, two fireplaces, a hot tub, sauna and are a tremendous amount of board games coloring books and jigsaw puzzles. Enjoy the grill, twinkle lights and outdoor fire pit with friends and family.
While the cabin can be rented on weekdays for a single day, it truly shines for full weekend centered micro weddings. Our typical client experience includes an arrival on Friday with prep for the wedding that day, the ceremony/reception on Saturday and brunch in town on Sunday to enjoy the bohemian town and clean out of the property. The home sports 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with occupancy in home stay being 16 people total. The cabin is 3 stories and provides plenty of space for guests to sprawl out during a weekend stay. Fun fact, our company founder got married at this property with 35 of her closest friends and family.

Parking: 6 cars fit comfortably in the front of the home. Guests can Uber, Lyft or shuttle in from the surrounding area for events hosted here.
How do I tour? An overnight stay or virtual tour.
On-site amenities: Two fireplaces, hot tub, sauna, yoga studio, outdoor shower.
Prep Area: Loft bedroom.
Ceremony Area: Deck or down the hill for a boulder and pine tree background (featured).
Cocktail/Reception: Deck and living room.
Post-wedding brunch: Hop into town the morning after your ceremony for brunch with your friends.
Shopping: Walk around the neighboring shops to pick up antiques and handmade crafts from local artisans.
Wine tasting: Enjoy some vino at Middle Ridge Winery while taking in the breathtaking views.
Hiking: The hiking in Idyllwild cannot be downplayed. The area is full of lush greenery and the nearby lakes and trails are always ready to invite you into the forest to experience the glories of nature.

- The noise ordinance in Idyllwild dictates all outdoor noise pollution must be done by 10pm so we request outdoor festivities be brought inside after this time.
- The house is not suitable for children 1-8 yrs old. The house is also not suitable for the elderly or any one of limited mobility. There are too many levels, stairs to climb and potential hazards.
- The owner does occasionally stay on the property, in a guest studio attached to the house with separate entry. If she happens to be there, trust that your privacy will absolutely be honored but she will gladly host and support you in anything that may arise during your stay!
